Currently all the establishments managed by Life Apartments are self-managed but, for some time, we have been looking for companies with a business model similar to ours and that are willing to adapt to the intrinsic values of the Life Apartments brand that can be found in " About us".

An essential condition to join the portfolio is that the product is completely legalized according to the applicable regulations in each municipality and autonomous community or that it can be legalized, a task that is one of the specialties of Life Apartments.

The agreements are practically custom-made for each owner and are always based on the principle of "win-win".

One of the many contributions of Life Apartments is the use of its own apartment management program (PMS) tailored to the business that is integrated with both the website and the channel manager so that business processes are automated. Another important contribution is a refined Operations Manual with more than 15 years of experience that ensures efficient business management.
