Costa Ballena is located between the towns of Rota and Chipiona and takes its name from the famous Playa de La Ballena.

This modern holiday resort has been promoted and developed by the Casa de Orleans-Borbón, a seal of assured quality. Only 25% of Costa Ballena is occupied by buildings.

How to get there...
BY ROAD

Costa Ballena is connected by highways, therefore the most comfortable option would be to choose to come in your own or rented car. To get there, just take the Jerez-Sanlúcar highway, A-480, towards Chipiona, take exit 5 towards Chipiona, CA-6041.

At the roundabout, take the A-2077 road and enter the La Ballena residential area. Turn right, A-491, turn left. You will find a roundabout where our log cabin is located.

It is also connected by bus, from Seville or Malaga you can get to Jerez and from there there are buses that connect directly with Costa Ballena.

BY PLANE BY PLANE

You can enjoy the convenience of having an important airport in Jerez (XRY) just 40.4km away with regular connections to Madrid and Barcelona and another very close one in Seville-San Pablo (SVQ) 124km from Costa Ballena. Seville airport has national and international flights to the main Spanish and European capitals. In addition, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are close and have many international flights.

BY TRAIN BY TRAIN

Costa Ballena does not have a train station but it have two of them very close within the province, such as Jerez de la Frontera and Cádiz. Once you arrive in one of these cities, you should consider the option of taking a bus that will take you to Costa Ballena or renting a car.
